What Is Not Included in the Three Plans?

While we try to include the licensing costs for any stock photography, images, and videos, given the costs to license images and videos can vary widely, we may not be able to do so. However, we’ll always let you know beforehand if there will be any additional fees associated with using a particular image or video. And while we do write copy for standalone marketing emails and email sequences, any email copywriting you’d like us to do will be billed separately. Other than these two items, pretty much everything else you can think of is included in the plans above. But again, if any additional costs ever apply, we’ll tell you beforehand.

How Much Extra Are HIPAA-Compliant Emails and Forms?

Through our partnership with Hushmail, we offer up to two HIPAA-compliant email addresses for an additional $14.99/month. All HIPAA-compliant emails include secure contact and appointment request forms which we will add to your website at no additional cost. And if you’d rather create a Google Workspaces account for HIPAA-compliant email, we’ll be happy to integrate it with your website at no additional cost.

If you’re interested in having digital intake forms that clients can fill out and sign online, we offer up to five HIPAA-compliant email addresses and up to 5 HIPAA-compliant forms for $29.99/month. If you need more email addresses of forms, please contact us for a quote.

Do You Offer a Guarantee or Refunds?

Because of the labor-intensive nature of the customized solutions we provide, we don’t offer any refunds.
